Amteck is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project in Atlanta, GA. The Foreman Electrician oversees a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians, performing installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems while mentoring the team.

Responsibilities include leading on-site, drafting manpower schedules, reading blueprints, sizing wires and conduits, and ensuring NEC compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and coach a small crew.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and project docs.
• Knowledge of NEC guidelines and code compliance.
• Experience developing manpower schedules and coordinating with supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on site.
• Ensure work quality meets the highest standards and project specs.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and job demands.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduits and electrical devices.
• Read project specifications and blueprints; ensure NEC compliance.
