Job summary

Amteck is hiring an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project in Atlanta, GA. The Foreman Electrician will oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians, performing installation, alterations, and repairs while leading and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities include developing manpower schedules, reading blueprints, adhering to NEC guidelines, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a crew of ~5 workers.
• Strong reading of project specs, drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
