You will coordinate 5–10 electricians, manage resources, review estimates, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours of relevant field experience.
• Ability to supervise 5–10 electricians and coordinate crews.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality on industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations and maintenance.
• Manage crews of 5–10 electricians and coordinate resources.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and project quality.
• Read and interpret estimates with PM input for installation/layout.
• Mentor and develop crew members and document performance.
