Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Experience leading electrical crews of 5+ employees.
• Strong background in large-scale electrical construction.
• Experience with multifamily, commercial, data center, and/or hospitals/healthcare projects.
• OSHA 30 preferred; opportunity to obtain after joining.
• Stable employment history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews of 5+ electricians on large-scale projects.
• Ensure electrical installations meet drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Maintain project schedules and productivity.
• Mentor and develop electricians.
• Prioritize safety on site.
