Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Licensed Foreman I to supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot, and maintain on commercial and industrial sites. The role requires 60–75% travel, an apprenticeship or 8,000 hours experience, and a schedule that can include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The candidate will lead crews of 5–10 electricians, ensure safety, manage onsite resources, and coordinate with project management to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8000 hours).
• Travel 60-75% as required by project demands.
• Shift schedule 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights/weekends/holidays.
• Maintain current licensing and training requirements.
• Ability to oversee medium-size projects with 5–10 electricians.

Responsibilities

• Supervises electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance on commercial/industrial sites.
• Keeps crews on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety standards.
• Reads and interprets estimates with project management input for layout and installation.
• Mentors and evaluates crew performance and conducts regular safety discussions.
• Documents foreman logs, time cards, and purchasing logs accurately.
