Job summary

ICS Holding seeks an Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects in Louisiana. The role collaborates with project managers, contractors, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with design intent and specifications.

The candidate will guide technical teams, supervise field activities, enforce safety protocols, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training in electrical systems is preferred).
• Relevant certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience in field construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring work is efficient and safe.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers and other trades to align with the project schedule.
• Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs per codes, regulations and project specs.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to verify installation quality and adherence to design.
• Coordinate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure project progress.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve queries to ensure task completion.
• Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and labor hours; report status to management.
• Communicate project status and issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay current with electrical codes and best practices.
