You will lead crews of 5–10 electricians, ensure licensing/training, maintain safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating with project management.

• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew.
• Read and understand estimates with PM or superintendent.
• Provide feedback and coaching via Field Evaluation process.
• Promote safe acts and enforce safety procedures.
