Responsibilities

• Supervises electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates ability to run medium-size projects (5-10 electricians).
• Establishes expectations and motivates crews to meet or beat goals.
• Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and safely.
• Manages crew resources, tools, equipment, and staffing.
