Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Licensed Foreman I to supervise electrical installations, troubleshoot, and maintain systems in commercial/industrial settings. The role requires completing an 8,000-hour apprenticeship and traveling 60–75%. Hours are 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri, with possible nights/weekends.

Ideal candidates will manage 5–10 electricians, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgets while coaching field crews and maintaining essential documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Valid license and ability to supervise 5–10 electricians.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%.
• Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-size electrical projects (5–10 electricians).
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and safe.
• Maintain logs, POs, time cards, and related paperwork.
• Manage resources (tools, equipment, staffing) for crews.
• Read and interpret estimates with PM/ Superintendent support.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
