Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision for electrical projects within commercial and industrial sectors. The role includes overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems and related equipment.

You will manage crews, coordinate scheduling of materials and tools, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• 4+ years of field supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crews of electricians to complete projects safely and on time.
• Oversee scheduling of materials, tools and equipment to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction by reviewing plans/specs and resolving issues.
• Maintain licensing and training requirements; perform annual evaluations of assigned personnel.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
