Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Four+ years of field supervision/management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; technology proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise field crews, typically 20+ employees, to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Engage with owners, engineers, and trade contractors.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
