Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or GED with equivalent experience.
• Four+ years of field supervision/management experience in electrical construction.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficient with computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Directly supervise and oversee multiple projects, including on-site supervision of field personnel.
• Project Planning: Lay out project work and ensure materials, tools, and equipment meet scope, budget, and schedules.
• On-Site Management: Manage assigned construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel to meet budget, time, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Document Review: Review project documents, plans, and specs; direct construction activities and coordinate field installations.
• Customer Relations: Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Performance Evaluations: Conduct annual evaluations of assigned personnel as directed.
• Internal/External Communication: Coordinate with HR, Estimating, Accounting, Finance, owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
