Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an Electrical Coordinator in Harrah, Oklahoma, for a long-term power plant construction project. You will leverage field knowledge to keep work moving, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure electrical systems meet safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes field coordination, problem solving, and strong supervision of contractors on a large industrial site, with a long project horizon through August 2032.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Able to read electrical drawings and coordinate with engineers.
• Proven ability to spot and resolve field problems without delaying the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical construction activities across a major power generation facility.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily field execution.
• Work with switchgear, transformers, MCCs, motors, and distribution systems.
• Review drawings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate solutions with engineering teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and progress to keep milestones on track.
• Verify installations meet NEC, NFPA70E, OSHA and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and closeout activities.
