Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex engineering projects.
• Preferred: advanced degree or PE certification; familiarity with MSHA, OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E.

Job description

Provide technical guidance and manage electrical engineering projects, maintenance, and complex site planning, construction, expansions, and modifications. Support strategic planning and budgeting, evaluate capital funding requests and vendor contracts, and advise site management on engineering practices, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline with five years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with three years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience with electronics, PLCs, radio communications, control systems, complex engineering projects, safety practices, and effective communication; preferred qualifications include an advanced degree or PE certification and familiarity with MSHA, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards.
