Job summary

A well-established utility contractor is seeking an Electrical Estimator to support high-voltage and distribution projects. You will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, compiling bid packages, and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of electrical estimating experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably within utility-scale T&D projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret utility plans, one-line diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of regional utility standards and pricing structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed takeoffs and develop cost estimates for electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Compile bid packages and summary sheets for review by management.
• Conduct site visits as needed to support estimate development and risk analysis.
