Job summary

Conductor Power is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating function for complex projects in the renewable energy field. This role oversees the full estimate lifecycle, mentors junior estimators, and drives continuous improvement in estimating processes.

You will manage vendor and client relationships, lead discussions on pricing and contracts, and stay informed about market conditions, cost drivers, and industry trends affecting bid strategy.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of renewable energy systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong ability to interpret complex engineering documents and specs.
• 7–10+ years estimating experience with team leadership, preferably in EPC.
• Proficiency with estimating tools and cost databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating function from concept budgets to final proposals.
• Oversee the estimating lifecycle and mentor junior estimators.
• Manage vendor and client relationships and drive process improvements.
• Lead negotiations with clients, subs, and suppliers; ensure pricing integrity.
