Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive estimating experience in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with estimating software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for large electrical projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing and terms.
• Develop project schedules, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior estimators and improve estimating processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze bid results for management.
