Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Senior Estimator to lead complex estimating and preconstruction for large electrical projects, including hyperscale data centers and healthcare facilities. You will oversee pricing strategies from concept design to final proposal, shaping risk, schedule, and profitability.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with operations, BIM/VDC, procurement, and business development, and drive value engineering while maintaining schedule integrity and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years electrical estimating experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission critical settings.
• Experience leading complex estimates and major bid pursuits with high contract values.
• Familiarity with mission critical/data center estimation; design-build/negotiated approaches preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimates for large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and mission critical projects.
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, schedules, and phasing to define scope and identify risks.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and general conditions estimates for pursuits.
