Job summary

EC Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for special projects, industrial and commercial systems in Redmond, OR.

You will develop complete proposals, establish bid strategies, manage risk, and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and leadership to win competitive bids. The role requires strong leadership of estimators, deep knowledge of low voltage systems, and proficiency with Bluebeam and ConEst.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading low voltage estimates valued at more than $2 million.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and ConEst for takeoffs and estimating.
• Strong ability to develop pricing, labor, material, and subcontractor estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complete, accurate responses to RFPs and bids.
• Review plans, specs, codes, schedules to define scope and estimating approach.
• Identify conflicts, gaps, and constructability issues; coordinate clarifications.
• Lead kickoff, progress and risk reviews; ensure quality control of proposals.
