Qualifications

• Proficient with construction documentation and math.
• Accubid experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review and interpret contracts, plans and specs to develop detailed estimates for small and large projects.
• Complete take-offs within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately define project requirements.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and ensure complete scope of work.
• Assist in determining project resource requirements in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Provide liaison support to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all estimates submitted are as accurate and complete as possible.
• Provide timely project turnover documentation from Estimating to Project Management.
