Qualifications

• Experience estimating construction contracts and reading plans.
• Strong math skills and understanding of construction docs.
• Experience with take-offs and subcontractor quotes.
• Accubid experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, plans and specs to develop detailed estimates.
• Prepare take-off within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Define project requirements accurately.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings to cover scope.
• Support resource planning aligned with company goals.
• Provide liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure estimates are accurate and complete.
• Deliver turnover documentation from Estimating to PM.
