Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience required.
• Strong time management and detail orientation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering contracts, plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, plans, and specs to develop detailed construction estimates.
• Complete take-offs within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and ensure complete scope of work.
• Provide timely turnover documentation from Estimating to Project Management.
