Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years’ estimating experience.
• Strong time management and detail orientation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be able to lead people and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts, plans and specs to develop estimates.
• Perform take-offs and cost prediction for small and large projects.
• Obtain quotes from subs and suppliers.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and define scope of work.
