Rising Edge Group is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead estimating for electrical infrastructure projects across North America, including substations, transmission, distribution, and BESS. You’ll oversee detailed cost estimates, ensure accuracy, and mentor a team of estimators.

You’ll refine processes, establish standards, prepare bid deliverables, assess risks, and collaborate with leadership to win bids while upholding safety, quality, and client value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical estimating or pre-construction.
• Experience with InEight (Hard Dollar) estimating software is a plus.
• Experience leading estimating teams and performing bid reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead estimating activities across the US with consistency and quality.
• Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost estimates for complex electrical projects.
• Train and develop a team of Estimators.
• Develop proposal deliverables including schedules and cash flow analyses.
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
