Job summary

Rising Edge Group in Denver, CO, seeks a Chief Estimator to lead electrical infrastructure estimates for substations, transmission, and BESS. You will guide pre-construction strategy, mentor estimators, and ensure competitive, accurate proposals across the US.

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in electrical estimating are required. Proficiency with InEight, MS Project/Primavera, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive electrical estimating/pre-construction experience.
• Experience with high‑voltage electrical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating activities across the US with consistency and quality.
• Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost estimates for complex projects.
• Train and develop a team of Estimators.
• Develop and review proposals, schedules, and cash flow analyses.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to support bid decisions.
