Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator in Las Vegas, NV to pursue and deliver complex commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects. This role collaborates with operations and preconstruction teams to prepare competitive, accurate estimates.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of electrical estimating experience, deep knowledge of electrical systems, and proficiency with leading estimating software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and estimating best practices.
• Experience preparing estimates for projects ranging from several million dollars to large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of labor productivity, material pricing, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements to develop competitive proposals.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop conceptual budgets, design-build estimates, and value engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and Operations teams during bid development and project handoff.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, scope reviews, and client presentations as needed.
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain estimating databases, historical cost information, and bid documentation.
• Support business development efforts by helping secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
