Job summary
Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Estimator for a remote role to drive project bidding and ensure competitive pricing. You will prepare detailed electrical cost estimates, review drawings, and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and suppliers. A minimum of 10 years in electrical estimating within commercial spaces is required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical estimating for commercial projects.
- Proficient in estimating software (Accubid, PlanSwift, Syspro) and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to clarify project requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
- Conduct thorough risk analysis and identify areas for cost savings.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals to clients.
- Mentor and train junior estimators as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the estimating process.
