Enterprise Electrical seeks a Chief Estimator to lead the Houston Division's estimating team, ensuring accurate, competitive bids and profitable outcomes. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and align estimates with project specifications while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of electrical estimating experience, a strong grasp of Accubid, and a proven ability to drive process improvements across preconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical estimating experience; proven leadership of estimating teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee preconstruction and estimating activities for Houston division.
• Mentor and support junior and senior estimators.
• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for varied projects.
• Review RFQs and Invitations to Bid for compliance and competitiveness.
• Establish uniform estimating procedures and best practices.
• Maintain Accubid databases and estimating standards.
