Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead bid development for electrical construction projects. You will prepare estimates from takes-offs, review specifications, attend pre-bid meetings, and coordinate with suppliers and project teams for competitive, accurate bids.

Relocation is required to one of the Texas locations with on-site work and opportunities for growth through Rosendin's ESOP and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Estimate all types of projects and coordinate group work.
• Mentor and assist with developing estimators.
• Experience with Accubid estimating software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimate from quantity take-off and complete estimate for printing.
• Review specs and drawings; attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope.
• Develop labor productivity and installation unit costs based on site conditions.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and ensure conformance with plans.
