Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in electrical construction industry.
• Oversee estimators and mentor junior staff.
• Proficient with estimating software including Accubid and LiveCount.
• Interpret cost data and prepare competitive estimates.
• Meet deadlines with accurate proposals and takeoffs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Develop accurate, competitive takeoff bid proposals for ranges from simple to complex.
• Review RFQs/RFPs and assess scope, risk, feasibility.
• Manage estimating processes, schedules, and timelines.
• Communicate with customers to define scope and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare contractual exhibits, scope letters, and bid documents.
• Lead internal estimate reviews and validation meetings.
• Mentor estimators and support department training.
• Track bid results and maintain estimate logs.
