Qualifications

• 10 or more years of electrical estimating experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing estimating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all preconstruction and estimating activities for the Houston division.
• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Conduct internal estimate reviews and lead departmental training and development initiatives.
