The role requires overseeing bidding operations, mentoring the estimating team, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in electrical estimating.

Formación

• 10 or more years of electrical estimating experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing estimating teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical construction practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all preconstruction and estimating activities for the Houston division.
• Develop accurate, competitive, and profitable bid proposals for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Conduct internal estimate reviews and lead departmental training and development initiatives.
