• Bachelor's degree a plus or equivalent required related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in an estimating role with a focus in large multi-million-dollar commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates.
• Ensures estimates are completed in a timely manner.
• Prepares bids either from a conceptual stage, design-assist, or plans and specifications.
• Overlays drawings for any changes in scope using Bluebeam or Live Count.
• Presents completed estimating packages to executives and senior management.
• Provides leadership and mentors junior estimators and works with the team.
