Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Estimator for a leadership role in a growing electrical contracting firm in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of electrical estimating experience and a strong command of NEC codes.

This position offers a competitive base salary between $150,000 and $200,000, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical estimating experience within commercial and/or industrial construction.
• Proven experience estimating large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC codes and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for projects ranging from $5M–$100M+.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive cost analyses.
• Lead bid strategy meetings and collaborate with operations teams.
