Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical installation activities, manage personnel, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.

With 4+ years of experience in electrical construction and strong project management skills, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful large-scale commercial projects. Excellent compensation including a base salary between $125,000–$150,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical construction experience, including commercial projects.
• 3+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Foreman role.
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site electrical construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and local codes.
