Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced Electrical Estimator to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, predominantly in data centers and heavy industrial sectors. You will estimate electrical and instrumentation Scope, review drawings and bid documents, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams nationwide.

Prior data center experience is not required; strong electrical construction background with accurate cost assessments is valued.

Qualifications

• Electrical estimating experience in industrial, commercial, EPC or mission-critical construction.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs and construction documents.
• Knowledge of electrical materials, installation methods and labor requirements.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimating and subcontractor bid evaluations.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, McCormick, Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical and instrumentation estimates for complex construction projects.
• Review drawings, specs and bid documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and construction teams throughout the bidding process.
• Analyze labor productivity, material pricing and project-specific cost considerations.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and project walkdowns.
• Develop proposal documentation and final bid packages.
• Maintain historical cost data and support improvements in estimating accuracy.
