Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Electrical scopes experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of Electrical materials from project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications and maintains an audit trail.
• Prepares complete electrical cost estimates for bids with manager review.
• Analyzes vendor quotes for estimate integration or buyout.
• Leads value creation and constructability reviews with design teams.
