Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
Equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
3+ years of construction experience required.
Willing to travel overnight as needed.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

Prepares complete cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
Analyzes vendor quotes for estimate integration or buyout analysis.
Leads constructability reviews and coordinates with QA/QC.
Develops scopes of work for most trades and reviews subcontractor proposals.
Presents estimates to clients with team support.
