Capital City Electrical Services is seeking an Estimator/Account Manager to develop recurring sales through new prospects and to retain and grow existing customers. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to provide accurate quotes and strong customer relations.

Based in the Atlanta area, the position focuses on On Demand commercial service and small projects up to $100k, with a salary plus commission and potential management growth. Travel and field work are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial electrical estimating and five years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation with decision makers.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with an in-house bid estimator (EBM).

Responsibilities

• Develop recurring sales through new prospects and retain existing customers.
• Prepare final estimated pricing and present proposals.
• Enter work orders and small projects into HubSpot CRM.
• Provide yearly and monthly forecasts to Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed quota and margin targets.
• Coordinate with Service Manager on approvals.
