DEPCOM Power, Inc. is seeking a lead engineer to direct the technical design of Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) power plants. You will create electrical drawing packages, guide junior engineers, and perform cost/benefit analyses for installation architectures.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and PE licensure or a path to it, with strong expertise in power infrastructure and code compliance. This position is on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required or highly preferred with PE licensure.
• Experience leading design for solar and battery storage projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
