Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience in utility-scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary projects with budgets >$10M.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, win work, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ability to lead large teams and mentor junior staff.
• Experience in EPC, Owner’s Engineer roles or contract management.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams of electrical engineers on detailed studies, modelling and design.
• Collaborate with Technical Leadership, Operations, and sales on strategic pursuits.
• Deliver work with remote, diverse teams across geographies and cultures.
• Develop concept-level plans and translate to full execution designs.
