Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PE licensure in any US state (ability to obtain in others as required).
• At least 10 years of engineering design/consulting experience.
• HV or MV Substations experience.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, build relationships and win work.
• Experience with business growth strategy and pursuing new opportunities.
• Experience with proposal development and project execution planning.
• Strong mentoring skills for junior staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel < 50% and to work in the Philadelphia office ≥2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and design solutions for clients across market sectors.
