Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a Professional Engineer license (California licensure preferred or obtainable by comity), and more than 20 years of progressive electrical engineering experience. Candidates should have led electrical design for water and wastewater facilities, be proficient in medium- and low-voltage systems and power system studies, and have experience with collaborative project delivery and multidisciplinary teams.
