Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a Professional Engineer license (California licensure preferred or obtainable by comity), and more than 20 years of progressive electrical engineering experience. Candidates should have substantial water and wastewater infrastructure design experience, expertise in medium- and low-voltage systems and power studies, and a record of leading teams and delivering collaborative projects.
