Jacobs in Pasadena seeks an experienced electrical engineering leader to drive design across water and wastewater projects from planning to commissioning. You will act as the technical authority, guide multidisciplinary teams, and support client development while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role requires a PE license (CA preferred or obtainable by comity) and 20+ years in progressive electrical design, with deep knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems and power studies.

• Substantial water and wastewater facility design expertise.
• Strong medium- and low-voltage power systems knowledge.
