Job description

Lead electrical engineering design and serve as the technical authority for complex water and wastewater projects, from planning and design through construction, startup, and commissioning. Guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and code compliance, support project pursuits and client relationships, and mentor engineering staff.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a Professional Engineer license (California licensure preferred or obtainable by comity), and more than 20 years of progressive electrical engineering experience. Candidates should have substantial water and wastewater project leadership experience, expertise in medium- and low-voltage systems and power studies, collaborative project delivery experience, and strong client and team leadership skills.
