Job summary

Performance Drone Works (PDW) is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead architectural design, parts selection, and verification for next-gen sUAS systems. You will guide hardware and software development cycles, overseeing rigorous validation and production processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional Hardware Engineering experience.
• Proficient with Altium Designer.
• Extensive knowledge of electronic hardware and system design.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design tasks: schematic capture, layout, and reviews.
• Collaborate with Hardware team on trajectories for hardware projects.
• Develop testing criteria, plans, and fixtures for design verification and production.
• Generate engineering-grade reports and part cost analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across teams.
