Job summary

Performance Drone Works (PDW) is hiring a senior electrical engineering leader to own complex multi-board electrical systems from architecture through bring-up and ramp to production. You will drive high-impact initiatives, tailor standards for design, test and quality, and lead technical discussions ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with manufacturers for PCB fabrication, mentor engineers, and support

Qualifications

Proficient in electronic hardware and analog circuit design, with focus on power electronics.
Experience with high-speed digital systems and interfaces (I2C, SPI, RS232, MIPI-CSI, Gigabit).
Lab experience with testing, debugging, bring-up and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Owns technical leadership for complex multi-board electrical systems across lifecycle.
Drive high-impact initiatives and tailor industry standards for design, test, and quality.
Lead design reviews to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with product strategy.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, production and supply chain.
Work with manufacturers to quote, fabricate, and assemble PCB assemblies.
