Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 8+ preferred.
• Knowledge of IES standards and NFPA/FGI references.
• Proficiency with eSPECS and document software (Adobe/Bluebeam).
• Ability to mentor and lead staff; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts for project analysis and detailed designs.
• Perform site assessments and generate technical reports.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information.
• Provide in-process design reviews and quality control.
• Mentor staff and stay current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
