The position is primarily remote with periodic travel for site assessments and audits; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of healthcare/critical infrastructure experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 5+ years in healthcare or critical infrastructure environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and advances an enterprise electrical strategy across facilities.
• Owns Electrical Safety Program and drives safety culture.
• Establishes enterprise electrical standards and governance.
• Ensures NFPA/NEC/OSHA compliance via audits and arc flash assessments.
• Leads capital planning and lifecycle management for electrical systems.
• Reviews complex power system studies and ensures technical accuracy.
