Job summary

Above Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and construction projects, mentor staff, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in engineering, PE license, and hands-on experience with power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems, plus proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

This is a remote position with local option to office or hybrid; compensation $120k-$160k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• PE License preferred
• PMP preferred
• LEED BD+C preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical quality of designs across projects.
• On-time delivery of all deliverables and QA/QC compliance.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate staffing using planning tools.
• Interface with clients to meet project requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and onboarding designers.
• Collaborate with marketing for project production and proposals.
